1. The same policy for every product

This policy applies to all our products — regular and customised designs.

2. Size issues

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for size issues. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order. Not sure about your size? Message us your height and chest size and we will help you choose.

3. Damaged products: 24-hour exchange

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged products. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will exchange the damaged product. To make a claim you need an unboxing video:

Record one continuous video, starting before you open the sealed parcel.
The video must clearly show the parcel label, the product and the damage.
Do not cut or edit the video.

Claims without an unboxing video, or after 24 hours from delivery, cannot be accepted.

4. How to raise a claim

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video on WhatsApp (+91 88243 12857) or email (nayabbypooja@gmail.com). Once we have checked the video, we will tell you the next steps.
