Terms & Conditions

At a glance

1. About these terms

By using nayabbypooja.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Our products

Every design is an original hand-drawn artwork by Pooja, printed on apparel in small batches. We show our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen, and small variations in print and fabric are part of the product.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice; the price at the time you order applies. You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) or choose Cash on Delivery: a delivery charge of ₹30 per product is added, you pay 10% of the order total in advance to confirm the order and the remaining 90% at the time of delivery. The 10% advance is non-refundable.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment (or the COD advance) is received. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown by mistake; if you have already paid, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

5. Customised designs

For a customised design, message us on WhatsApp. Customised (made-to-order) designs are dispatched within 5–7 working days and follow the same Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping is free on prepaid orders. Dispatch times and delivery details are in our Shipping Policy. Damaged products are exchanged within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video; there are no returns or exchanges for size issues — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Artwork and copyright

All designs, artworks, photos and text on this website belong to Nayab by Pooja. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

If you create an account, please keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
