1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within India.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders (UPI, cards and netbanking, paid securely through Razorpay).

Cash on Delivery orders have a delivery charge of ₹30 per product, shown at checkout before you place the order.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available, with a delivery charge of ₹30 per product (for example ₹60 for 2 tees). Pay 10% of your order total (including the COD charge) in advance to confirm your order. The remaining 90% is payable at the time of delivery.

Please note: the 10% advance payment is non-refundable.

4. Dispatch time

Regular orders: dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Customised (made-to-order) designs: dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Dispatch times may vary during sales, festivals or very high demand. Working days do not include Sundays and public holidays.

5. Delivery time

After dispatch, the delivery time depends on your location and our courier partner. Metro cities are usually faster than remote areas.

6. Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you can follow it from My Account (Track Orders), or simply message us with your order number.

7. Address and phone number

Please enter your complete address, PIN code and an active phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away — we can update it only before the order is dispatched.

8. Damaged parcel

If your product arrives damaged, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and send the unboxing video — we will exchange it. Details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
